XIII. Lil’ Doggie

Li’l Doggie was intended to buy me a little time until I could think up my next “cool” thing, but then it turned out being pretty cool in it’s own right! I was leafing through some old sketch books for some inspiration and there was this little cartoon dog, just a quick doodle intended to be carved out of wood maybe someday. But it got it’s chance to be memorialized in stone. Cartoony yes, but who says art has to be stuffy and serious? Honestly, have you seen some of the modern art these days? (I’m talking about you, KAWS). Anyway, for a stone equivalent of a doodle, I wound up liking it. 4 out of 5 stars because, you know, it was a doodle.
